This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• All sales are final upon payment submission and not based upon the performance of listing or duration of sale.  
• Listings duration no longer than 365 calendar days from listing date. 
• Signage and lockbox security deposit will be reimbursed within 30 days from pick up OR delivery of sign back to OSDR. 
• All submissions for listings must be made within 30 days of purchase. 
• All listings must adair to Standards of Practice, OKMAR ethics and the fair housing act. We may cancel a listing at anytime for clear cooperation, contract, comission or ethics violations.
